Shipping policy

At SoSocks, every product is custom-made to order. This means we don’t just pull items off a shelf; we create them specifically for you after your order is placed.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

• Because each item is personalized or made-to-order, please allow 7–14 business days for production and quality checks before your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Times

• Once your order has been crafted and handed over to our shipping partners, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

• Please note that total delivery time (Production + Shipping) can range between 14 and 28 business days.

3. Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.
